Project Scope

A rear addition that reorganized the way the main floor lives.

This project centers on a rear kitchen addition and remodel, with the addition also creating a new mudroom with coat storage, bench seating and a window, along with a new rear deck. TLC also updated the exterior with new HardiePlank siding, replaced the roof and front door, and remodeled the powder room, railing and fireplace.
