Project Scope

A modern main-floor transformation with strong architectural moves.

The Modern Transformation is a full main-floor remodel with a rear mudroom addition, relocated kitchen, replacement staircase, new front porch and enlarged front glass openings. TLC also remodeled bathrooms and bedrooms and created new built-ins around a gas fireplace. The project has a distinctly modern character compared with much of the portfolio.
