William T. Mallon Jr. founded Total Living Construction Inc. in 1986.  He has 30+ years in the construction industry, having experience in design, sales, hands-on construction, project management, and running a business.  His determination and hard work has seen Total Living Construction Inc. through lean and strong years, and has led to its establishment as a premier construction company in the Northern Virginia area.

Vit W. Miska Jr. joined Total Living Construction Inc. in 2003.  Vit has experience in operations management, information systems, project management, sales and design.  His skill set has contributed to the steady growth of Total Living Construction Inc. during his tenure.  He graduated from Brigham Young University (BYU) with an MS is Information Systems Management, and a BS in Business Management.

William Orndorff was born and raised in Edinburg, VA.  William has over 30 years of experience in construction, and has been with Total Living Construction Inc. for over 20 years.  Learning all facets of the construction trade from a young age, William is a true expert and craftsman.  His experience and skill set have contributed to the successful completion of hundreds of projects.

Catherine Thompson joined Total Living Construction Inc. in 2014. She graduated from Kent State University with a B.A. in Psychology. Her previous work experience includes schedule management, team supervision, and service coordination. Catherine has held various customer service and administrative positions.
