For weeks now I have been thanking you over and over in my mind. Today I want to try to express how appreciative I am of the outstanding job you and all the people at TLC did. The design you devised for our kitchen/dining room renovation is wonderful. It is better than “candy for the eyes”. It is really difficult to find the right words to express how appreciative I am. As you mentioned in more than one conversation, you increase the living value and add far more than “a functional kitchen” to a project. You really changed how we feel about several of the rooms in our home now. I couldn’t be happier. Likewise, the people you have working for TLC are also very competent and professional. I sincerely enjoyed having them here each day. Everyone showed care in their work and they were always eager to assist me. I know they follow your lead in caring about the most minute details. This is part of what “Sets your company apart” from many others. I sincerely appreciated the guidance … Thank you for the time you took to assist me in making great choices. The custom woodwork is just beautiful. People love the wainscoting in the dining room. I do thank you all again. Sometimes I take a moment and just sit at the island and stare at our “new kitchen and enhanced living space”. I feel like a very fortunate person! Thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart!!
